ID.me prioritizes the accessibility of our products and services. We strive to accommodate all of our users while maintaining a secure and privacy focused environment. ID.me constantly works to improve accessibility across our platform and services by prioritizing best practices and requirements reflected in Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

- Partner with a third-party accessibility testing service to evaluate compliance with standards and write a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT)
- Train our teams to build accessible products
